A fair refund policy

Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple. If you are ever unhappy with Parcelle Clips for any reason, email us at clips@parcelle.ai and we will take care of you.

Credits come back automatically

You never have to ask for these. Refunds of credits are automatic: the credits go back to your balance as soon as the app knows, and the app tells you.

If a new clip fails and you get no clip, every credit it took comes back.
If an edit fails or changes nothing, it costs nothing.
If you edit the same clip in two windows at once and one edit is overtaken by the other, the credits for the overtaken edit come back.

Examples of full refunds of money we would grant

If you were just charged for your next month but meant to cancel, we will refund that charge.
If you forgot to cancel a couple of months ago and have not used Parcelle Clips since, we will refund those months.
If you tried Parcelle Clips for a month or two and were not happy with it, you can have your money back.

Examples of partial refunds or credits we would grant

If you forgot to cancel a long time ago and there has been activity on your account since, we will look at how you used it and work out a partial refund.
If you moved to a bigger plan and did not end up using the extra credits or footage hours, we would consider a prorated credit toward future months.
If Parcelle Clips was down for a long stretch, or you emailed us and it took days to hear back, we would add credits to your account.

In the end, nearly everything at the edges is decided case-by-case. Send us a note at clips@parcelle.ai, tell us what happened, and we will work with you to make sure you are happy. This policy applies to Parcelle Clips, run by Granite Springs Enterprises LLC.
